Pharus Plaza and Condominiums

Pharus Plaza is located on the west side of Broadway, south of Moss Street. Surrounding land uses include: single family residential to the west, multi-family and commercial to the north, commercial to the north, south, and east. Our professional venue consists of a two-story professional office building with eight suites ranging from 480 to 885 square feet. All our professional suites have a private restroom. Fist floor suites have floor to ceiling glass frontage appropriate for retail operations. Second floor suites have enhanced security with restricted access controlled remotely. Pharus Plaza has been designed with a pedestrian orientation towards Broadway. As such, placement of the one story arcade feature attached to the front of the office building is located only three feet from the sidewalk. We believe the project’s emphasis on a more urban and pedestrian oriented design is in keeping with the current development design trends.
